I've had this mask for about 10 years, it was made by MrBungle on the Sith Lord Detachment forums. It's a great likeness in my opinion (one of the better ones I've seen as far as silicone masks are concerned) , and it is 501st approved. The mask itself is in great shape...There was a small tear in the back at one point, but was professionally repaired and reenforced with flexible mesh and hasn't been a problem since...
